Wellness today often feels commercialized. How do you stay authentic in a world where healing is becoming a trend?
I stay authentic by returning, again and again, to reverence. Healing is ancient—it existed long before branding, before language, before the idea of being seen. The body doesn’t respond to trends; it responds to safety, patience, and presence. When I work with someone, I’m not trying to fix them or offer a solution—I’m listening to what their body has been quietly carrying. Authenticity comes from humility, from remembering that healing is not something I give, but something I help others remember within themselves. When the work is rooted in service rather than performance, it remains honest.
Many women look to you as a modern muse — strong, artistic, and spiritually grounded. What does feminine power mean to you in 2025?
Feminine power in 2025 feels deeply embodied. It is no longer about proving or performing—it is about inhabiting. It lives in the nervous system, in intuition, in the quiet confidence of knowing when to move forward and when to soften. Feminine power is cyclical, responsive, and wise. It honors rest as much as action, vulnerability as much as strength. To me, it means trusting the intelligence of the body and allowing evolution without apology. It is grace with backbone, tenderness with boundaries, devotion to truth over expectation. Listening to my heart and honoring my spirit is shining through in my feminine power over this past year and I have had many changes inside myself throughout the year following my own inner compass.
What rituals or daily practices help you stay centered while juggling such diverse creative and professional roles?
My rituals are simple, but sacred. I begin each day by returning to my body—through breath, movement, or stillness—before stepping into roles or responsibilities. Movement reminds me that I am alive, not just productive. Time in nature resets my nervous system and reorients my spirit. I also make space for prayer or meditation, not to seek answers, but to listen. These practices are less about discipline and more about devotion—devotion to balance, to presence, and to honoring my energy as something precious.
Looking ahead, how do you envision your future — not only in career achievements, but in the life and legacy you want to create?
I envision a future rooted in wholeness. Beyond titles or accomplishments, I want to build a life that feels honest, spacious, and deeply aligned. My dream is to create environments—through healing spaces, art, and storytelling—where people feel safe enough to remember themselves. I want my legacy to be one of empowerment, where others feel encouraged to trust their bodies, honor their dreams, and heal from the inside out. If my life leaves behind a sense of possibility, peace, and remembrance, then I will know I lived with purpose.
You combine many disciplines — cosmetology, medical massage, acting, modeling, ballet, yoga, and aerial arts. How do all these paths come together in the way you express yourself today?
For me, all of these paths are different languages expressing the same truth: connection. Whether I’m moving, creating, healing, or performing, I’m listening—to the body, to emotion, to energy. Cosmetology taught me how transformation can begin on the surface but ripple inward. Massage and healing work showed me how deeply the body holds memory. Dance, yoga, and aerial arts give me freedom to express what words cannot. Acting and modeling allow me to embody stories and emotions that others may recognize in themselves. Today, everything I do feels unified by intention—using my body, hands, and presence to reflect beauty, strength, and healing back to others.
Your mother was a successful model in Chicago and remains a major inspiration for you. What did you learn from watching her navigate beauty, strength, and independence?
Watching my mother taught me that beauty and strength are inseparable. She carried herself with grace, but also with resilience and independence. I learned that beauty is not about perfection—it’s about confidence, self-respect, and honoring who you are. She showed me that you can be feminine and powerful at the same time, and that your worth is not defined by how others see you, but by how you stand in your own truth. That lesson has stayed with me in every chapter of my life.
As a cosmetologist and massage therapist, how do you define true beauty — and how has your definition evolved through hands-on healing work?
True beauty is presence. Through hands-on healing, I’ve learned that beauty emerges when someone feels safe, seen, and relaxed in their body. I’ve watched people soften, breathe deeper, and reconnect with themselves—and that transformation is far more powerful than anything cosmetic. My definition of beauty has evolved from appearance to alignment. When the nervous system calms and the body feels supported, beauty naturally radiates from within.
You are currently studying medical massage and plan to pursue a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. What inspired you to move toward deeper, clinical healing?
Healing work revealed to me how interconnected everything is—the physical body, emotional experiences, and spiritual well-being. I felt called to understand healing at a deeper, clinical level so I could support people more fully and responsibly. My desire to pursue naturopathic medicine comes from witnessing how powerful the body is when given the right tools, education, and support. I want to help people not just feel better temporarily, but truly understand how to heal themselves from the inside out.
Movement plays a central role in your life — from ballet to yoga to aerial trapeze. What does the body teach us that the mind often forgets?
The body teaches us honesty. It teaches us when to slow down, when to breathe, when to release. The mind often pushes forward, but the body remembers what we’ve been through and what we need. Through movement, I’ve learned trust, patience, and surrender. The body reminds us that healing isn’t linear—and that grace exists even in struggle.
You also express yourself through visual art, drawing people and still life with charcoal. How does art support your emotional and spiritual balance?
Drawing is a form of meditation for me. Charcoal allows me to work with shadow and light, which mirrors the human experience. When I draw people, I focus on the light in their eyes—their spirit. Art gives me a quiet space to process emotion, honor stillness, and reconnect with something deeper than myself. It keeps me grounded and spiritually aligned.
Acting and modeling place you in front of the camera, while healing work is deeply intimate and private. How do you balance visibility with vulnerability?
I see both as acts of service, just expressed differently. Visibility allows me to inspire, to show others what’s possible when you follow your calling. Healing work allows me to hold space quietly, without performance. I balance the two by staying rooted in intention. When vulnerability is guided by purpose, it becomes strength rather than exposure.
You have spoken about your dream of opening a healing center with meditation gardens, a spa, yoga space, and salon. What kind of atmosphere and energy do you want people to feel the moment they arrive?
I want people to feel peace the moment they arrive—like they can finally exhale. My vision is a sanctuary where beauty, healing, and self-discovery coexist. A place where people feel empowered to reconnect with themselves, learn how to listen to their bodies, and discover their own ability to heal. This healing center is the foundation of my dreams—not just a space, but a philosophy. I want others to leave feeling inspired, supported, and reminded that their dreams, their healing, and their wholeness is possible.
